Sustainable Fashion in prAna

Lately, I’ve been looking into adding more basic pieces for my closet – one that can fit my active lifestyle and if possible, is sustainable fashion. I recently discovered prAna, which at first, I thought only had activewear. But looking at their selection, they have jeans and dresses – all perfect for everyday. So I was excited when they sent me a few of their items for Fall. Check out what I’m loving from their line.

The Ellis Dress

Come Fall and Winter seasons, I live for comfy sweater-like dresses that I can pair with flats or tall boots when it’s colder. So when I saw The Ellis Dress, I knew I had to get it. It’s so comfortable to wear, thanks to the organic cotton blend material. I paired it with sneakers the other day, and here, some ankle peep toe boots. Got it in the nautical blue color.

I can see myself wearing this with leggings and tall boots when it gets colder. But for now, this will do. Oh, and how cute will this dress look with some faux leather jacket, huh?

The Mantra Pant

Now, I walk my dog a lot, and we also take him to dog parks on the weekends as much as we can. We also love to go biking on the weekends. So it’s safe to say I live in joggers and activewear when I’m not posing for my style blog. Thus, I picked the Mantra pant – constructed from Sutra hemp with 3% spandex. So it has a stretch to it, allowing me to be active in them. I chose the Herringbone pattern, but it also comes in charcoal and a cargo green that I’m loving too.
